Morning
أَصْبَحْنَا وَأَصْبَحَ الْمُلْكُ لِلَّهِ
Asbahna wa asbaha al-mulku lillah
We have entered a new morning and the dominion belongs to Allah
Eating / Before Meals
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَعَلَى بَرَكَةِ اللَّهِ
Bismillahi wa ala barakatillah
In the name of Allah and with the blessings of Allah
Leaving the Home
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ
Bismillahi, tawakkaltu 'alallah, wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah
In the name of Allah, I put my trust in Allah. There is no power or strength except with Allah.
Before Sleeping
اللَّهُمَّ بِاسْمِكَ أَمُوتُ وَأَحْيَا
Allahumma bismika amutu wa ahya
O Allah, in Your name I die and I live
Upon Waking
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَحْيَانَا بَعْدَ مَا أَمَاتَنَا
Al-hamdu lillahil-ladhi ahyana ba'da ma amatana wa ilayhin-nushur
All praise is for Allah who gave us life after having taken it from us, and unto Him is the resurrection
For Anxiety & Worry
حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ
Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal-wakeel
Allah is sufficient for us and He is the best Disposer of affairs — Quran 3:173
Dua for Knowledge
رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْمًا
Rabbi zidni ilma
My Lord, increase me in knowledge — Quran 20:114
After Prayer
رَبِّ اجْعَلْنِي مُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةِ
Rabbij'alni muqimas-salati wa min dhurriyyati rabbana wa taqabbal du'a
My Lord, make me one who establishes prayer, and from my descendants. Our Lord, accept my supplication — Quran 14:40
