Ritual purification with water before prayer
Ensure body, clothes and prayer area are clean
Turn to face the Ka'bah in Makkah
Make intention in your heart for which prayer
Stand upright, raise both hands to ear-lobes, then fold them — right hand over left — on your chest.
Recited silently after the opening Takbir.
Recite the complete Surah Al-Fatiha. Then recite another short Surah (e.g., Al-Ikhlas).
Bow with hands on knees, back straight, head level.
Prostrate on 7 body parts. Perform twice per rak'ah.
Sit in Qa'dah position. Recite Tashahhud then send salutations on the Prophet. End by turning head right then left: "Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah".
